Getting started

How do I create my first listing?

Open the workspace, set the product context on the left, then move through Copy, Image and Reel. Export each asset when you are happy.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The workspace runs entirely in your browser on desktop and mobile.

Billing

What currency am I billed in?

All plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from the billing portal or by emailing support. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

Exports and quota

What formats can I export?

PNG images, WebM reels, and listing copy as .txt, .md or .json. Paid plans also export marketplace ZIP and CSV.

Does my quota roll over?

No. Quota resets on your billing date and does not accumulate.

Data and privacy

Do you train on my content?

No. We do not use your inputs, uploads or outputs to train AI models.

How do I delete my data?

Email support or use your account settings. We remove associated data except records we must keep for legal reasons.
