01Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing support@mawatynki.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your remaining quota is available until then.
02Renewals
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled. We show the renewal amount and date before each renewal where required. Unused monthly assets do not roll over and are not refundable.
03Refunds
- If you are charged in error or a duplicate charge occurs, we will refund it in full.
- If the service is materially unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, contact us for a pro-rata credit or refund.
- Because access and generation are delivered immediately, we do not generally refund a period that has already been used, except where required by law.
- Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase, with minimal usage, may be refunded at our discretion.
04Quality concerns
If a generated asset does not meet your expectation, regenerate it within your plan quota or contact support — we would rather fix the output than process a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
05How to request a refund
Email support@mawatynki.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Governing law: England and Wales.
