Acceptable Use Policy

Use the workspace to create listing images, copy and reels for products you are genuinely entitled to sell, and export them for your own stores and marketplaces.

• Generate or imply third-party brands, trademarks, logos, characters, teams, or copyrighted designs — no "compatible with", "inspired by", "dupe", "replica" or lookalike framing.
• Upload images, text or reference files you do not have the right to use.
• Create false, deceptive, or unverifiable product claims, fake reviews, or counterfeit representations.
• Produce hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise unlawful content, or content harmful to minors.
• Depict real, identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Attempt to resell, sublicense, or white-label the workspace itself, or abuse the API, scrape, or bypass quotas and security.
• Use the service for regulated claims (medical, financial, legal) presented as advice or guarantees.

You are responsible for anything you upload. Do not upload personal data of others without a lawful basis, and do not upload confidential material you are not permitted to share.

We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or close accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. Report abuse to support@mawatynki.shop.
