01Your inputs
You keep all ownership of the product details, text and files you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to operate the service and generate the assets you request. Uploaded reference files are cached for up to 30 days and then deleted.
02Your generated outputs
Subject to an active or paid plan and to these policies, you own the listing copy, images and reels you generate and may use them commercially for your own products. We claim no ownership over your finished assets.
03What we retain
We retain ownership of the workspace, the scene library, templates, models integrations and software. Nothing here transfers those to you. You may not resell or redistribute the scene library or templates as standalone assets.
04Your responsibilities
You confirm you hold the rights to every product, name, mark and reference you use, and that your outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property. Generated scenes are unbranded; do not use them to imitate another brand. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
05Training
We do not use your inputs, uploads, or generated outputs to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
